Training for IRONMAN® is hard! Optimized training is more than creating training plans that fit within your busy lifestyle. Optimized training also encompasses the pain points you will encounter along your IRONMAN®  journey.  We focus on and manage what we believe are the major time-consuming pain points you'll face as a time-crunched athlete. Along with the major components highlighted below, as an Andiamo²® athlete, you will also receive the 30 additional training components listed.
