1:1 Optimized Training

Our 1:1 Optimized Training approach is designed for those athletes who want to have more personal engagement with their coach throughout their endurance training process.  We do this by creating training plans that will maximize your athletic potential and fit within your work and family schedules as well as manage the major time-consuming pain points you'll face as a time-crunched athlete.

When you onboard with us as an Andiamo²® athlete we'll create for you a customized triathlon training plan, provide you with monthly Velofix® mobile bike care, and create sport-specific nutritional planning all designed so you can focus on one thing IRONMAN®!


Our Personalized Coaching Approach

  • We'll have an initial interview and discuss your current fitness level. This is followed by determining the timeframe for your training. 

  • You'll receive a two-part in-depth Athlete questionnaire. We'll review your responses and then discuss with you your goal development, and athletic potential, and create personal benchmarks within each training module.

  • We'll then create for you a 1:1 Custom Designed Training Plan that will both be optimized for your athletic potential and fits both within your work schedule and time spent with your family.

  • You'll receive your custom-designed training plan via Final Surge where you can communicate with us directly through the app.

  • We'll review your training file daily. We will analyze your completed workouts and adjust future training days based on your fitness progression.​

  • We'll design for you a Sports Specific Triathlon Strength Plan delivered through the Muscle & Motion App.

  • As an Andiamo²® Athlete, you'll receive monthly Velofix Monthly Mobile Bike Care as well as Bike Packing/Unpacking for your "A" race when traveling.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • We're here for you. You'll have unlimited email, phone, video, and text communication with (in most cases) a same-day response.​

  • We'll create a course-specific strategy, including race planning and a fueling strategy.​​​​

  • We'll keep you motivated! You'll receive 3 X a week of motivational voicemail drops for the duration of your training. (may not work with some networks provider).

  • You also receive one-year full access to ​MyVelofit Pro Bike Fitting;
