To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24hrs of the appointment. Please note - It is our goal for our 1:1 sessions to begin at the scheduled time. If we are unable to begin within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be canceled, and we'll need to reschedule.
